Construction Manager – Rail & Civils

As a Construction Manager, you will oversee and coordinate construction projects from the planning phase to completion. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
Duties
– Manage and supervise construction projects from start to finish
– Coordinate and oversee subcontractors and construction workers
– Develop project schedules and ensure adherence to timelines
– Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with building regulations
– Review and approve project designs and specifications
– Prepare cost estimates and budgets for construction projects
– Communicate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders
– Ensure health and safety regulations are followed on-site
Qualifications
– Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role
– Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations
– Excellent leadership and communication skills
– PTS
