Role Training is looking for a CITB trainer to deliver construction related courses, to include SSSTS/ SMSTS.

Ideally the CITB Trainer will be confident to deliver Emergency First Aid, Manual Handling, SEAT’s, H&H and ideally look to bring others.

The CITB Trainer will be delivering courses from Role’s home in Highams Park and also our new Romford office, with some training on site and online too.

The CITB trainer will be confident devising, delivering and evaluating training and will come with a strong track record of delivering construction courses. The CITB trainer would be sharing their talents delivering:

• CITB Site Safety Plus
• SMSTS
• SSSTS
• H&S Level 1
• Manual Handling
• Fire Marshal and more

This is a freelance or permanent position, delivering training to construction workers. We are looking for a confident trainer who is organised, competent and keen to empower their students. Excellent communication and people skills are essential for us and this role.

CITB trainer will need to have at least ONE of the following:

• NEBOSH National Certificate in Construction Safety and Health
• NVQ/ SVQ Level 5 in Occupational Safety and Health
• Health and Safety degree
• NEBOSH Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health part 2, units A, B, C and D
• Diploma Safety Management Level 6

As well as at least one of the above, trainer will also hold:

• A formal training qualification, equivalent to level 3 award in AET or CITB recognised
• A current certificate for the course you wish to deliver for new trainers/ demonstrable CPD records in lieu of a current course certificate.
