Compliance manager needed for a roofing company in Dublin. The company has exciting projects across Ireland, as well as projects underway across Europe.
The compliance manager will need to have experience of / understanding of compliance in European countries and roofing ideally.
We are looking for a compliance manager who is confident ensuring health and safety, quality, statutory and legislative compliance across projects.
This role is central to safeguarding safe and compliant delivery, influencing best practice across the team, and supporting a robust compliance culture throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide competent HSEQ advice, coaching and mentoring to the various teams
• Maintain and monitor documentation and compliance across construction and project activities
• Implement and support an internal audit programme and associated corrective actions
• Collate, analyse and communicate HSEQ performance data
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
• Experienced in construction or project compliance, ideally within roofing/ cladding environment
• Strong knowledge of CDM Regulations, including Contractor and Principal Designer roles
• Background in supporting or auditing project documentation and safe systems of work
• NEBOSH General Certificate or Construction Safety equivalent (minimum), NVQ Level 5 or above desirable
• Working knowledge of the Building Safety Act, temporary works compliance and environmental considerations
• Strong communicator with confident stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to influence, support and guide project teams on best practice
