The Role

We’re looking for a motivated and creative Marketing Apprentice to join our team at Role Group. Based at our Highams Park office, this full-time apprenticeship role is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to kick-start a career in marketing while learning on the job and growing with the business.

You’ll play a key role in supporting our day-to-day marketing activities, content creation, and digital presence across multiple platforms, as well as assist with essential administrative tasks and event support.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of our marketing strategy across digital and print.
• Create and schedule engaging daily content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok using Meta Business Suite.
• Design social media graphics, flyers, brochures, and email campaigns using tools like Canva.
• Use WordPress to ensure all website content is accurate and up to date.
• Develop and distribute marketing materials including newsletters and campaign emails.
• Help manage marketing campaigns, monitor engagement, and report on performance metrics.
• Contribute ideas for growth across our labour, training, and online learning divisions.

• Carry out basic admin duties including scanning, filing, printing, and maintaining records.
• Answer telephone calls and direct queries to the appropriate team.
• Support general office tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Represent Role Group at job fairs, open days, networking events, and workshops.
• Assist in organising and preparing for internal and external events.
• Capture event content for social media and marketing use.

• A keen interest in marketing, digital media, and communications
• A confident and friendly personality
• Creative eye for design and detail
• Willingness to learn and grow within the role
• Comfortable using tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, WordPress
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Must be organised, proactive, and able to work independently
• Comfortable working across multiple platforms and tools.

Desirable:

• Basic knowledge of social media scheduling and design tools
• Interest or background in content creation or digital marketing
• A minimum of five GCSEs grade 4-9 (C-A*), including in Maths and English
