Permanent role available for an experienced estimator with a groundworks/ civils background, based near Dartford, joining a growing and successful company.
The estimator will need to be fully confident:
- Analysing drawings and specs
- Understanding contractual terms and conditions
- Organising sub-contractor quotes and negotiating
- Budgeting and scheduling for projects
- providing and maintaining unit pricing and databases for labour and costings
- Formulating cost breakdowns from estimates
- Attending pre, mid and post big tender interviews
