Junior/Assistant Quantity Surveyor

There is space with a PC on the rail side for a junior/ assistant QS on a perm or long-term self-employed role.

The role will be based near Enfield and we are looking for a junior quantity surveyor who is looking to continue their career with a company who wants to invest in them.

A degree in quantity surveying and relevant work experience will be required and, ideally, exposure to rail/ civils.

We are looking for a junior QS who has some work experience with:

• Basic cost estimation and measurement experience
• Basic pre/ post contract
• Rail/ civils projects Assisting in the preparation of tenders
• Preparing monthly progress reports and financial statements
• Liaising with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Measuring and valuing site works Monitoring project costs and expenditures and assisting with cost reports.
