Site Manager

SMSTS site manager needed soon for 12 + weeks on commercial site in Cardiff.

The site manager will be working on a ground floor shop and will be experienced with frames, concrete, rendering and cladding. Experience with retail/ shopping sites will be preferred.

Suitable site managers will need to hold –

• CSCS for managers
• SMSTS
• First aid at work
• Asbestos awareness
• Manual handling

The site is safety conscious and an eye for H&S and quality is essential along with strong experience of dealing with paperwork.

First phase will be 12 weeks work with strong potential for longer. Role starting towards the end of September.
