Site manager needed soon on groundworks project in Southall. At least 6 months left on site for a site manager with SMSTS and proven, strong groundworks experience.

The site manager will be confident managing a site and have a stable work history

Responsibilities:
– Manage all activities on the construction site, including coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders
– Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to project timelines
– Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction
– Maintain accurate records of all site activities, including daily reports, progress updates, and change orders
– Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with approved plans, specifications, and applicable codes
– Provide leadership and guidance to site personnel, including contractors and subcontractors

SMSTS, Gold/ black CSCS card, first aid certificate?

Strong background of managing groundworks projects?
