Subcontract Package Works
Role Group can offer a full subcontract package price for minor works. We have a teams equipped to deliver, civils works, formwork, kerbing & paving, landscaping, fencing and more. All our teams are fully trained and experienced to deliver quality projects, safely and on time maintaining our standards. We work with our clients from an early stage of projects to ensure programmes are managed, resources and materials are sourced to the clients’ specific requirements.
Logistics & Site Services
At Role Group we can provide a complete logistics package for your site from beginning to end. Our teams can work with you on the pre-construction stage to plan all site set ups and movements on and around site. Our services can be a full logistics management package or a standalone service. Our services include Pre-Construction planning, Site establishment and welfare, Logistics management, waste management, Design, install and manage all traffic movements on site and site security.
Construction sites are high risk areas when it comes to trespassing and breaking and entering. Not only are there valuable tools and materials stored on site, but if any elements of a site were to be tampered with by an unauthorised individual, there could be dire consequences resulting in injury or death. At Role Group, our security operatives are stringently vetted with extensive background checks and written references from at least 2 previous employers. The security risk assessments completed by our security team ensure that our operatives work diligently to prevent entry by unauthorized individuals, damage to property or theft of tools and material. This is accomplished by our operatives rigorously monitoring and recording the activity on site during the course of their shift. They will also complete intermittent observational tours of the site and access points. All of our operatives are well-mannered experienced and SIA licensed security personnel.
Training & Occupational Health Services
We are dedicated and consistent with our support for our civil engineering clients, providing them with an extensive list of training and upskilling courses via our sister company Role Training. We liaise with our client’s site-based team to bring the learning to site for not only our own operatives but for many of the other suppliers based on the contract. On previous projects, we have conducted first aid courses, fit-to-work medicals, face fit testing, confined spaces training, NVQs, SSSTS, as well as specific competency-based training. By providing this service to our clients and associates, we are ensuring that any project we are based on operates safely, efficiently and without disruption. We are fully accredited to deliver CITB, Qualsafe, ProQual and many other in-house courses.
As part of our occupational health services, we have qualified nurses and technicians to conduct our in house Fit to Work medical assessments and Drugs and Alcohol testing.

Client: J. Murphy & Sons Limited and Morrison Utility Services JV
Project Value: £1 billion
Description: As part of the Agility Alliance, J. Murphy & Sons Limited and Morrison Utility Services were awarded the contract to maintain and deliver water networks and services for the client Thames Water for up to 15 years. This project will work in line with colleagues from the eight2o alliance to deliver AMP6 and extend into AMP7 and AMP8.
The scope of works includes the following; clean water network repair, rehabilitation and maintenance and leak detection, along with constructing new water mains. The aim of the alliance is to drive down leakages and reduce disruption to Thames Water customers by repairing, maintaining and reactivating water networks.

Description: The Southall Waterside project in Ealing is an extraordinary development that will see a decommissioned gas works site transformed into a community. Over the next 25 years, the project will create five new neighbourhoods, three parks and thousands of homes on 88 acres of former industrial land. The initially key steps of the project saw Role Recruitment provide professional trades and labour to complete the required land remediation and site preparation works.
